ADA Operational Integration

Dear Valued ADA Customer,

As you know, ADA Solutions was acquired by SureWerx USA on March 1, 2019. The company has operated as a standalone entity since the purchase and we are working towards integration of systems and operations into the parent company, SureWerx USA Inc. Our target for ADA to operate as a division of SureWerx USA Inc. is December 1, 2020.

This change will not affect how you interact with ADA Solutions today. You will continue to contact your existing sales representative, order your products as you have done in the past and use the same main telephone and fax numbers. Integrating our operational systems will provide a one-stop-shop product offering, allowing you to access the full range of SureWerx USA and ADA Solutions products and services through a single channel. The integration of the operations will mean that when we enact this change, we will provide you with single-source ordering of our full combined product line and you will receive one packing slip, and one invoice from SureWerx USA Inc. All orders for ADA and SureWerx products will be fulfilled from either Jefferson, Ohio, Elgin, Illinois, Labelle, Florida or Wilmington, Massachusetts.

The purpose of this letter is to let you know what to expect and provide you with the time required to make any necessary changes to your systems. The target date for these changes is December 1, and if the date changes for any reason, we will contact you. Until then, the business will operate as usual.

ACCOUNTS PAYABLE
Please update your vendor management systems to reflect the new business name, SureWerx USA Inc., in place of ADA Solutions for all orders and payments starting December 1. For your convenience, customers will be able to order using either company’s customer number.

All payments should be sent to the “remit to” name and address listed on the invoice:

If you have already submitted payments under the previous name and remittance, you do not need to resubmit them. If you have questions or issues about invoice remittance or other AP matters, please contact us at [email protected].
SureWerx is exempt from 1099 reporting because it is a C-Corporation and sells goods, not services. However, if you still require a W-9, please email your request to [email protected].
